Discovery & Alignment
Before we sketch a single concept, we listen. Phase 1 is a deep-dive discovery process where we explore your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and aspirations for your home. Through guided conversations, visual reference building, and on-site assessments, we develop a shared creative vision that becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
What Happens in This Phase
- In-home or virtual discovery session (90–120 minutes)

Goal Facilitation
Strategy & Specification
With a shared vision in place, Phase 2 translates inspiration into actionable design. We develop detailed design concepts, source materials, and create specifications for every element of your project. You'll see your future home take shape through 3D renderings, material boards, and detailed plans — all before construction begins.
What Happens in This Phase
- Detailed space planning and layout development
- Material, finish, and color selections with physical and/or digital samples

Phase 3 is where your home comes to life. We manage procurement, coordinate with contractors and vendors, oversee installations, and handle every logistical detail so you don't have to. Our role is to be your advocate and quality control, ensuring that what was designed is what gets built — down to the last detail.
What Happens in This Phase
- Procurement and order management for all specified items
- Contractor and trade coordination
- On-site quality reviews and progress inspections
- Final styling, accessorizing, and art placement
- The Reveal: a guided walkthrough of your completed spaces
